Results for Lok Sabha Election 2009 will be declared on 16th may 2009. TARKSHEEL SOCIETY(REGD) is prepared to pay an award of one lakh Indian rupees to anyone from any part of the world who can predict the results of Lok Sabha Elections 2009 on or before 14th May 2009 under fool-proof and fraudless conditions under the following terms and conditions :
1.Astrologers,foretellers,predictors and others who claim that they have acquired miraculous or divine power can win this award if they answer any Nine Swaal (Nine Questions)of the Dus Swaal(Ten Questions).
2.The participant will have to answer only those questions which are advertised in a Punjabi Weekly DOABA HEADLINES published from Nakodar District Jalandhar(Punjab) on 10th May2009.
3.The answers written legibly on an INLAND LETTER (Which is only supplied by the Indian Post Offices)as per the advertisement must reach us on or before 14th May 2009 at the address Given below only by registered post.
4.Answers given on a separate paper sheet/format and sent in an envelope will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5.Answers sent to the persons other than the address given below will not be accepted by Taraksheel Society(Regd).
6.Answers received after 14th May 2009 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
7.Taraksheel Society (Regd) will not be responsible for any delay in postal transit or any loss due to any reason.
8.No participant can send more than one entry(Inland Letter).
9.The participant must mention the number of their two identity proof in the Inland Letter.
10.In case of any dispute the jurisdiction will be Jalandhar(Punjab).
11.Answers with any change,alteration or modification in the questions and overwriting will be rejected.
12.All the winners will be informed individually after all the Lok Sabha results are declared.
13.All the claims for award must reach us wthin five days from the day of result is declared or upto 21st May2009 whichever is earlier.
